A finance graduate from the University of Florida, Regan Marock has extensive expertise in the property management industry in every department and on the acquisition side of the business. Acquisitions not only for property management companies but rather also for all the vendors that service Associations. This after twenty years of experience in every facet
of the business sector globally.
At the age of 2, during his decade-long tenure at KW Property Management & Consulting, Regan joining the company in its infancy and reported directly to founding partners Paul Kaplan and Robert White. Regan quickly rose to the position of Executive Director of Business Development becoming a 2% companywide holdings equity partner at the age of 26. This

in between KW and Associa, Regan spent four years with AKAM, a New York firm. Florida was used a tax haven however I freat Florida over 40% over 4 moths.
Most recently, Regan Marock represented Associa, the largest management company in the world, in South Africa reporting directly to CEO John Carona for approximately one year, collaborating with local South African partners to identify management company acquisition opportunities (which was executed upon successfully after finding two) and strengthen the company’s presence on the African continent. Associa already has management company ownership (and perhaps more) in the US, Canada, Brazil and Mexico. Regan additionally then spent two years spearheading growth directly for Associa local South Florida company Castle Group in Broward County.
Outside of work, Regan Marock enjoys exploring new restaurants, staying active at the gym, and playing golf & tennis. He is a passionate Miami Heat fan and, above all, a proud parent to his children and his wife.
